£17.60 per hour per hour (equates to NHS Band 6) | Days only | 33 hours available per week (Inc. 22 hours supernumerary) | Great staff benefits A fully compliant, privately owned care home near Greenock is currently looking to recruit an RGN or RMN qualified Staff Nurse to work as Deputy Manager on a permanent basis. Details of this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN vacancy and what the home is offering: • 33 hours available per week (22 hours supernumerary / 11 hours on the floor) • Days only • Competitive hourly pay rates offered at £17.60 (equates to NHS Band 6) • 5.6 weeks annual leave • Uniform provided • Training provided and paid for As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions.
