Transport Manager Northamptonshire £45,000 package We are working with a growing business in Northamptonshire who are looking to recruit Transport Manager. This exciting opportunity has just arisen to join a distribution company who service the FMCG industry, you will have responsibility over a fleet of roughly 70 vehicles and multiple sites around the midlands. The successful candidate will have held a similar position within a fast paced, FMCG environment, ideally with food products. You will be very much a people person who has the ability to communicate at all levels; someone who has the ability to build an excellent relationship with their team whilst getting the very best from them whilst working under pressure. This is a very modern business with great technology, so a great IT skills are essential as is previous experience of producing reports, managing compliance and people. As you will be instrumental in achieving company profit objectives it goes without saying that you will have a proven track record of budgetary achievement.
