Overview
Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are exclusively working with a major Manufacturer based in Goole in the search for an experienced Planning, Stock and Inventory Controller. A globally recognised brand, this organisation has sites all over the world and supplies into a diverse range of markets. My client is looking for a well-rounded Supply Chain professional, with experience across Inventory, Stock, Purchasing & Production who will be responsible for all site related inventory management functions. This will include coordinating, organising and leading on quarterly stock checks, whilst producing regular reports on your findings. Alongside this, you will be working cross functionally with a range of departments across the business, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained for the efficient running of the Production Department. Knowledge and familiarity of SAP is crucial to this role. Key duties and responsibilities will include: - Solely leading all site related inventory management functions - Coordinating and reporting on quarterly stock takes - feeding back any issues and getting these resolved - Investigating, resolving and following up actions for all non-conforming inventory - Being the SAP Super User on site - Successfully working cross functionally with other departments to ensure the effective running of production and on time deliveries Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain would be keen to speak with candidates who have the following skills and experiences: - Proven experience and working knowledge of SAP - Demonstrated experience of process improvements - Confident when speaking to and managing stakeholders on all levels - Proven analytical, planning and strong organisation skills Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on engineering, operational and technical positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
