The Role: Stock Controller The Salary: £25,000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 6:00PM Location: South West London – Byfleet Do you thrive in a fast-paced motor factor environment? Do you enjoy order placing but not sales? Are you a fan of being hands on? If so, this role might be for you, keep reading The Role Working within a fast-paced motor factor environment you will be working directly with the Procurement manager ordering stock, speaking to suppliers and managing stock cleanses to maintain a healthy stock availability to maximise sales. Responsibilities Placing and managing orders through to completion Resolving supplier or delivery issues. Open purchase orders within expected lead time Arranging stock cleanses as & working hands on to ensure the stock cleanse is done in an efficient manner. Experience The ideal candidate will have worked within the Automotive industry as a parts advisor/ parts manager looking to move away from sales. Automotive experience Automotive Product knowledge Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required) Strong knowledge of MAM (required) Willing to be hands on – moving packing and arranging stock for cleansing Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Organized, self-starter and a quick learner Excellent communicating skills How to apply In the first instance please introduce yourself to us by submitting your CV/LinkedIn profile to us using the “apply” button on this web page.
