Delivering business success through our people We have an exciting opportunity for a QA Manager who will support our Coalville site working with the Technical Manager to facilitate the effective management of the Quality Assurance systems on site. With responsibility for the compliance of Food Safety, Specification and Quality on site whilst managing the site QA team and maintaining a Technical interface with the operational team. The successful candidate will have a lead role in managing customer visits and third-party audits. You will be responsible for reviewing technical data and compile reactive reports including root cause investigation including any corrective action and conclusion, escalating where appropriate. Our ideal candidate will be Degree / HND Qualified in food science or equivalent and hold at least Level 3 in Food Safety and be a HACCP Lead Auditor ISO (9000 or 22000). Communication skills are a must as you will be liaising with your team and members of the site management team regularly. Previous leadership experience will enable you to coach, support and train your team whilst also being responsible for their conduct and performance.
