Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become part of our new Innovation Centre team, that will offer the successful candidate a role that will be at the leading edge of processing within our industry field. This role will take responsibility for overseeing and controlling the latest process technology that the business are investing in. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate: Excelling in a similar current role and environment Managing CCP's (Critical Control Point) in both low and high care environments Experience working with Pasteurisation or food processing Proven ability to provide reliable and consistent performance The characteristics that can lead, manage, motivate and organise small teams of colleagues You will be passionate about your commitment and drive, comfortable in your ability to build reliable teams, providing optimised performance to strict deadlines. The position is based near Chippenham, due to the location being a car driver will be essential. Reward for meeting the candidate requirements carries a basic salary circa £28k pa
