Senior Manager, SAP Application Management - HCM - Talent Management

An established global pharmaceutical company based in Addlestone, UK, is currently looking for a Senior Manager, SAP Application Management (HCM - Talent Management) to join the team. This role will provide global SAP functional support and technical solution integration leadership for the end to end processes within HCM - Talent management, for the implementation and on-going management of the company strategic program/platform (APPLE) and regional manufacturing SAP systems. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for successful global template technical solution implementation meeting full value realization within business function of HR Talent management and inter-related processes and you will also enable the realization of the strategic direction by implementing standard, leading practice global template based solutions and following established governance on design principles, solution development and deployment Will coordinate with cross-functional work-stream leads, System Integrator(s), external suppliers and company functional business leaders to drive solution design, deployment and overall governance of the global template Will participate in strategic planning and budgeting activities for Apple HR Talent Management Platform You will develop and maintain a 5-year application roadmap for the HCM Talent Management function, ensuring it reflects the current and future business needs, aligned with industry, SAP best practices and solution roadmap Will create and own the SAP HCM Talent Management solution plan globally and drive completion of all deliverables You will develop and maintain guidelines, principles, policies, standards, reference models and best practices for all matters related to SAP HCM/ERP and program related processes and solution integration You will be enforcing governance of the standards and bring visibility to customizations and deviations, also driving harmonized industry-best practice process across all business functions and geographies allowing minor configurations with no customizations Will be partnering with the global business work stream members, serve as the custodian of the HCM Talent Management solution template You will be responsible and accountable for 100% adherence to company SDLC, CSV, Change management, JSOX controls (ITGC and application controls) Will manage and own Solution documentation of the Apple HCM Talent Management Platform and other SAP HCM and regional HR systems in Solution Manager and other approved enterprise repository REQUIRED: Relevant SAP experience with a proven record of accomplishment as a team lead of large and complex SAP business - system transformation programs Proven experience with implementing SAP HCM Talent and learning management (ERP HCM, Successfactors) in a configuration / depolyment role Meaningful experience as a sub team lead in the HCM project team Proven experience in the Life Sciences Industry Major large, complex high-end SAP implementations; experience in multi-country implementations required Broad and deep SAP application and technical knowledge including latest innovations required Must have had hands-on experience with designing, configuring and implementing SAP HCM Talent Management solutionS and modules (specifically SAP Successfactors), covering business processes in HR Must have had experience with implementing one or more of the SAP solutions listed below and should have hands-on prior SAP ECC HCM, Successfactors configuration/deployment experience: SAP Successfactors Talent, Learning and Development Cloud based "SaaS" solutions for Core-HR/Talent management, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass Ability to work in highly matrixed environments managing global teams comprised of employees and system integrators
