Conveyancing Executive Job in Cardiff with leading South Wales Firm Your new firm Your new firm specialises in volume legal outsource solutions to the banking, insurance and corporate sectors. They are a fast paced and growing business that prides themselves in providing best in class legal advice. They have a rare opportunity for a conveyancing executive to join their residential conveyancing team. Your new role You will be expected to deal with purchases and sales of residential freehold and leasehold properties including drafting all documents and staying on top of all formalities. You will be expected to provide clients with suitable and accurate advice appropriate to the transaction at hand. You will deal with shared ownership transactions and separate representation instructions from lenders, whilst ensuring the efficient processing and high levels of service delivery to all clients. What you will need to succeed You will have residential conveyancing experience, ideally high volume, and a high level of administrative and IT skills are essential. You will have strong technical expertise. Experience with a case management system would be a distinct advantage.
