Overview
Infrastructure Engineer - Bradford SearchDATA are recruiting an Infrastructure Engineer on behalf of a Market Leading brand within the Automotive industry. The role covers all aspects of IT Infrastructure from Server, Storage, Networks and Cloud so a well-rounded individual with varied skill and a willingness to upskill would suit well. You'll be joining a team of Engineers implementing, managing and maintaining business critical systems and will play a key part in a migration to Azure. As such it'd be great to see a passion for cloud infrastructure and a keenness to be keeping yourself busy with project work. Key skills we are looking for (Essential) Experience managing Windows (2012R2 and newer) Servers. Experience building / managing servers in an Azure environment. Experience of network scripting (for server instances and commands - e.g. Powershell, BASH etc.) Experience of PC networks, desktop, thin client hardware and software support. Experience of Networking, IP schema and associated aspects. Key skills we would like to see (Desirable) Professional qualifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware etc). Experience managing Linux Servers. Experience of Microsoft O365 migration and management. Experience of Network security experience, Firewall policies and management.
