JOB TITLE: Customer Service/ Complaint Handler LOCATION: Dartford HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm BENEFITS: 25 days bank holiday, Free parking, Progression opportunities, 4:30pm finish SALARY: £22,000 We're teaming up with the Customer Manager to find a Customer Service/ Complaint Handler to join a UK leading business. The day to day duties in your new job would be: Handling customer complaints via phone/ email/ social media Assisting members of the public with queries Responding to email enquiries Escalating jobs and transferring queries to correct contacts Logging jobs on to the system We'd love to speak to candidates with: Experience within Utilities sector highly beneficial Resilient, calm and collected Previous customer service/ complaint handling responsibility A love for being busy and dealing with queries Next steps….
