Our client is a high growth business with ambitious plans for the next few years. Based in Guildford, they arelooking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have had experience of payroll, within a fast-paced recruitment business and be focused on delivering excellent customer service. The business has an outgoing culture and are looking for someone that can fit well into the environment. Responsibilities will include but not limited to; Process a high-volume weekly contractor payroll Invoicing clients Maintain payroll processing system by gathering and inputting data Assist with any necessary deductions or adjustments Deal with various queries from mainly contractors but temp staff as well Identify and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records Skills / Experience Recruitment sector background in Payroll / Administration Good organisational skills Ability to work with high volumes Good IT skills - Excel Basic payroll legislation knowledge Qualities • Self -motivated and driven • Can -do attitude • Good attention to detail Good team worker Professional and strong customer ethos Enthusiastic and committed to the business objectives of the Company Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
