HR Advisor / Analyst - COMPETITIVE SALARY BENEFITS BONUS We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The role is based in our Leicester office in the city centre. This role is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the business - it's varied, hands-on and practical and no two days are the same. Ideally we are looking for someone with several years' solid HR generalist experience and ideally CIPD level 5 qualified. The Role Management of HR cases with stakeholders and managers across the business Assist in the processing of monthly staff payroll Working with the HR administrator to ensure HR duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner Oversee various HR systems Working with HR Director to produce reports of HR data and analysis, reporting on KPIs and metrics for the business as required What would make a successful HR Advisor / Analyst at Encore? You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified, or with equivalent experience. Substantial experience of working in an HR function in a generalist role Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in Maths and English Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paces business Effective relationship building skills at all levels and ability to manage stakeholder expectations Strong planning and organisation skills Excellent attention to detail Ideally highly proficient in Microsoft Excel., The Company Encore Personnel are one of the Top 20 Industrial Recruiters in the UK.
