My Client is looking for an individual with solid 2nd Line Support experience . One of largest Support Operations companies of its kind in the UK has a new exciting role working in a team of 6 supporting approx 180 users. Experience they are looking for : Solid 2nd line Support Experience Office 365/SCCM Video and Mobile Technologies Hyper V Technology Network Communications/ LAN/WAN Active Directory ITIL certification They are looking for someone with the ability to build relationships with external 3rd party Suppliers - so solid communication skills are a must.
