Production Operative Nights and Day Shifts available Based in Witham - Temp with a view to become permanent £9.99 - £11.39 per hour (Shift dependant with an increase in April) Do you enjoy working outside? Duties involve ensure the products are produced right first time and to top quality. You will be given 'one to one' training to ensure you are capable of working in all areas safely. The job is very physical and so you must fit and healthy and take not only a pride in your work, but be flexible and keen to work overtime regularly. If you feel you can match the expectations and prepared to work Rotating Shifts as above, read on Ref number: 4743 Responsibilities: Loading and unloading materials from Lorries and organising them into correct area Organising and coding materials in yard Operating machinery Paying attention to quality control Ensuring the working environment is clean and tidy Ensure you adhere to the companies strict Health and Safety standards Other jobs may include more hand assembly skills Skills required : Physically fit due to the nature of the work - heavy and outdoors Reliable Hard working Flexible in your approach - have a CAN DO attitude Have solid work history Use own initiative Team player Additional Information : Temporary with a view to Permanent after 12 weeks if all goes well. Night shift hours 10pm - 6am / Day shift rotating shift Pattern 6am - 2pm one week and 2pm - 10pm the next week. 28 days holiday whilst temping, 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays once permanent. Free parking available but also close to public transport routes.
