Description Responsibilities for the Customer Service - Delivery Company - London role include: - Dealing with customer queries over the phone and over email - Handling any customer complaints, escalating things to senior management when needed - Processing orders on the company system - Processing invoices and dealing with any requests Profile The successful Customer Service - Delivery Company - London will be / will have: - Previous experience within Customer Service - Confident using MS packages, especially Excel - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Self-motivated and proactive, able to get on with tasks independently - Team player Job Offer The successful candidate will have access to: - Salary of up to £26,000 (depending on experience) - Range of additional benefits
