Essential Requirements The ideal candidate will be a professional, possess strong leadership and management skills in a Elder Care/ mental health Nurse lead setting. Do you have the following experiences? 2 Plus years nurse clinical senior nurse experience Current RGN/RNM PIN (Active) Budget and staff management Have liaised with local authorities/governance body Manged multi-disciplinary teams Developed staff What’s it in for you Up to a £45k base salary for a 40 bed facility.
