Overview
Our client offers a range of high-level business & consultancy services to the organisations & participant’s behind some of the largest global sporting & entertainment events. They are currently looking to recruit a Newly Qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant to be based in prestigious offices in South West London. This is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working within this sector. On a daily basis you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and projects that will require strong technical skills combined with an ability to present in a confident and professional manner, often under pressure. The role also incorporates interesting project work, statutory accounting and due diligence which gives this position extra appeal. Candidates should be recently qualified ACA or ACCA (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate a range of experiences gained within public practice, now looking for their next fulfilling challenge. Duties of Audit Team Leader will include: Produce statutory accounts Client audit Financial reporting Supervise and develop junior members of staff Develop professional client relationships Adhoc project work You must have the following to apply: A formal accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Audit knowledge from a practice background Up to date IFRS knowledge (102) Strong personality and have excellent technical accounting ability Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted in relation to this vacancy.
