Home Manager, listen to your intuition, it's on your side Do we always listen to what our gut tells us? I certainly don't, but maybe it's the best advice you can get. I am recruiting for a very rare home manager opportunity, one where the successful applicant will be able to bring their passion to the forefront, by joining a delightful and very reputable nursing home business. These folks have an excellent track record and an impressive heritage. This is a well established, medium sized, thriving care home looking for a home manager with a good track record to take the wheel and with solid foundations this presents a realistic opportunity to turn 4's into 5's and/or 6's. The home is classed as a steady ship and is not in crisis, it is seen as a high end home and is in a lovely location. You will be working closely with Directors regarding development plans and budgets and there is an excellent level of support available from the staff on your team as well as your directors. You will also have great autonomy in this role and would benefit someone that is stable and mature. We are looking for a Home Manager who: Has experience of managing care/nursing homes Has had 4's, 5's, 6's from the care inspectorate or equivilant from the CQC Has had a stable/progressive career to date Is good at planning and delivering a plan Is experienced with budgets Is a great leader, capable of enhancing an already high performing team So if you're a Home Manager stuck in corporate drudgery and dying for an opportunity to be Outstanding, please apply.
