Overview

Leading Worcestershire firm seeks a Family Solicitor with 1 year' PQE to join their busy department. Based in Worcester, you will have a strong background in family law and will take on an existing caseload and new client instructions. The caseload involves Private Children Act matters and assisting with Care Proceedings, Domestic Violence, injunctions / non molestation orders and applications under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. You will undertake your own advocacy and the firm will offer training in this area. You will be a team player and also support the firm in business development by regular networking and other marketing activities.
