Residential Conveyancer | Derby | Salary up to £40,000 Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for an exciting new opportunity? This firm are currently recruiting for a residential conveyancer to join their already successful team based in Derby. The firm are looking for someone who is used to managing a large caseload and can hit the ground running. Duties & Responsibilities: The successful Conveyancer will be able to deal with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files within their wills and probate team predominantly dealing with sales of property from an estate. The conveyancing team are also responsible for transfers of equity, declarations of trust, registering restrictions on the title and first registrations. Key Skills & Experience: The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is motivated, empathetic and cares about providing a 5-star service to clients. They will consider candidates who have been working in commercial property, providing that you have previously worked in a conveyancing role and are confident and resilient. The firm will consider applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives & licenced conveyancers. You must have experience of running a large caseload with minimal supervision and ensure compliance with SRA standards.
