PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR/FILEX - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - International law firm in the UK Top 50 - Nationally recognised insurance and personal injury practice THE ROLE - You will be joining the highly skilled Public Sector Injury team, handling a caseload of Defendant PL claims on behalf of Local Authority and Public Sector clients - You will be working for a number of household insurer clients and self-insured bodies instructing directly - Files may include the likes of highway trips and pothole claims - Majority of claims are small track and fast track THE REQUIREMENTS - You will be a qualified Solicitor or FILEX equivalent with previous Personal Injury experience - This is a defendant role, so defendant experience is preferred, however candidates from a claimant background will also be considered - Experience of handling PL claims is essential for this role - Experience of handling litigated small track and fast track claims is also essential THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary and benefits package - Further training and career development BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
