PRIVATE CLIENT LAWYER CANTERBURY, KENT SALARY: £30-£50K Our market leading, highly reputable Kent-based client is looking to offer an exciting opportunity to a talented Private Client Lawyer. Based in Canterbury in part of the well-structured and balanced team and within a firm that has several other offices in Kent, The successful candidate will inherit a caseload that offers variety, and will ideally have a good understanding of the below; Dealing with Wills, LPA's and Inheritance Tax planning Assisting with Estates involving both domestic and overseas property and tax issues (escalating more complex matters to the partner where necessary) Assisting with Court of Protection work Assisting with Trusts and agricultural estates Administering Probate matters An active involvement in Business Development is also key to the role All suitable Solicitors/Lawyers/Fee Earners of 2 years PQE are encouraged to apply Please contact Carl Pace, Legal Recruitment Consultant, to discuss the role in more detail or apply through the vacancy for immediate consideration.
