Conveyancing Assistant Bradford QED Legal are working with a multi service law practice in Bradford who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join them in their central Bradford office. The Role The role of conveyancing assistant will be to assist an experienced fee earner across the full range of sale and purchase residential property matters including: Preparing emails, legal documents etc under fee earner supervision Issue sales contracts Keeping the clients informed as to progress and where they are up to in the case Liaise with Solicitors and other 3rd party professionals as required Prepare Invoices for clients Deal with pre-exchange searches and post completion registrations The candidate The right candidate for this role will: Have at least 12 months experience as a Conveyancing Assistant Have good knowledge of the full sale and purchase process Be confident speaking to clients and other professional parties Be comfortable working in high paced environment Have experience of using a case management system and have good IT skills The firm The firm is one of the leading multi-service practices in Yorkshire. They are not a conveyancing factory and the work is both panel based and word of mouth and repeat business. The firm do like to progress staff internally where possible too.
