JOB TITLE: Engineering Manager COMMUTABLE FROM: Croydon, Dartford, Maidstone, Chatham, Gravesend, Sevenoaks, Crawley, Tonbridge, Ashford, Epsom, Leatherhead, Bromley, Mitcham and Canterbury SALARY AND BENEFITS: £50 000 - £60 000 35 hours per week (flexible start and finish times) 25 days annual leave Company pension scheme COMPANY INFORMATION: Our Cli ent is a world leading manufacturing company. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Relevant Engineering Qualification (HNC, HND etc.) Previous experience managing a team of Engineers, Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Supervisors Some project engineering experience Excellent Man management skills Experience implementing and managing PPM Develop CAPEX budgets Excellent HS knowledge and Safe systems to work. ROLE INFORMATION: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Engineers, Project Engineers and Maintenance Supervisors, to ensure machine downtime is reduced and investment is used to develop and improve efficiencies across site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing current PPM schedules as well as looking CAPEX budgets and deliver upgrades to current machinery on site. Other responsibilities will include managing a team of Maintenance Engineers ensuring all Engineers receive adequate training and development as well as ensuring all site health and safety is adhered to.
