Graduate Unity Developer Newcastle £25,000-£30,000 Progression Flexible Working 33 Days Holiday Additional Training Excellent opportunity for a Computer Science or Computer Game Development graduate with good Unity C# skills, to join an industry leading organisation offering an excellent work/life balance, great personal development opportunities and a position within the heart of the Development Department. They have recently agreed deals with some of the worlds best-known manufacturers to virtualise their products for consumers to customise and purchase. Based just a 10-minute walk from Newcastle Central Train Station, right on the banks of the Tyne, their state-of-the-art office come complete with terrace bar and all the amenities you'd expect. In this role you will develop and improve various programs and improve the graphics of these virtualised products to Ultra-High Definition standards. You will work as part of a small team of Graphics Engineers to improve the look, and occasionally sound, of these products on Websites, Mobile Phones and Virtual Reality platforms. You dictate your own hours around a 37-hour working week, some remote working is available but travel to the office will be required. The ideal candidate will be confident working with Unity C# and have some experience with shading software. Exposure to graphics, whether academically or as a hobby, is essential. Candidates must hold a 2:1 or higher in Computer Science, Computer Game Development or similar. Due to the need to be in the office most of the time candidates must be commutable to Central Newcastle or be willing to relocate.
