Overview
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced receptionist looking for their next exciting opportunity? Are you immediately available and looking for work in Glasgow City Centre? Pertemps are currently recruiting for a skilled receptionist to join our clients busy team on a temporary basis. Your new role will involve being the first point of contact for clients and guests, greeting them face to face and over the telephone. You will be responsible for answering calls and transferring to the correct person, greeting visitors in a professional manner and following the sign in and out process. As well as this, your job will involve catering of events, booking meeting rooms and dealing with mail and deliveries. You will have previous reception experience and you will be comfortable and confident dealing with all levels of stakeholders and visitors. You will need strong administration skills and a good knowledge of MS Office. You will also have an excellent telephone manner, be outgoing and friendly and possess strong communication skills.
