Customer Service Administrator required for immediate start - temporary role in Sheffield - £17,500 - £18,000 Your new company Working for a growing organisation in Sheffield, supporting the customer services team with answering inbound calls from customers. Your new role You will be part of this company's customer service team supporting them with inbound calls and administration duties. You will be responsible for: Data entry Management of status of orders Updating customer details Answer inbound calls Handling customer enquires on the phone Email correspondence What you'll need to succeed The client are looking for experienced customer service and administration professionals. Previous experience speaking with customers is essential.
