As the Movie Transit Operations (MT Ops) manager you will report into the Director of Content Services and be responsible for the delivery of the MT Ops and Ticket Teams front line support services, with full ownership and responsibility for the management of the teams, including staffing, resources and performance. Read on Duties and Responsibilities Working closely with the Content Services Director to: Deliver the Support service to agreed SLA performance levels, including the resourcing of both teams to meet the demand. Provide management of the team members including their training and development, motivation, workload planning, welfare, monitoring and quality assurance, together with the HR representative. Manage and oversee the on-boarding of new customers. Deliver the teams’ activities to the agreed compliance standards, such as financial management, security and legal requirements. Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints. Establish best practice throughout the support process, ensuring key support documentation is created, reviewed, updated and retired as appropriate. Act as the escalation point and champion of the customer for live operational issues. Follow up on Customer Satisfaction metrics, ensuring that any negative responses are captured and dealt with in a timely manner, feeding back via the relevant channels so improvements can be made. Learning the in-house developed tools intimately, providing guidance to the team on best practice, and contributing to continuous improvement in product steering groups Essential Skills Service and team leadership experience working with customer service teams. 2 years of people team leadership experience. Media industry experience - with strong understanding of digital video concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Desired (but not essential) Film Industry or Cinema experience Working with overseas clients and vendors University degree qualification or equivalent Company Background UniqueX delivers innovative, autonomous software solutions and content services to cinemas worldwide.
