Quantity Surveyor

The Partners of a modern, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an articulate and intelligent Quantity Surveyor who is within commuting distance of Surbiton/Surrey. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to both traditional Quantity Surveying and Project Monitoring duties. Sectors include: Banks/Commercial, Residential, Mixed use, Retail and Leisure. The Quantity Surveyors Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will work within an open planned, modern office which holds a team of 50 Cost and Project Managers. Day to day, you shall work as part of a team on projects valuing up to £150m and also independently run your own projects of a smaller value.
