Client Services Helpdesk Engineer Bristol, Avon £30,000 to £40,000 per year The Opportunity: To join my highly successful audio visual and telecommunication company in the heart of Bristol. We are currently seeking two client Helpdesk Engineers to join them. The main and key ingredient of this role is to be able to deliver first class service and support to their clients. You will become an integral member of the Client Services team assisting with technical support services, where required, including Helpdesk and on-site support to identify and rectify faults reported by clients whether nationally or internationally. NB: All interviews will be done via video link (Skype or similar) due to COVID-19. Skills and Experience: Knowledge of “Skype for Business” or “Teams” and a solid understanding of Polycom Knowledge of Cisco to a CCNA level Promote and establish remote diagnostics wherever possible in the client environment in order to interrogate AV systems and infrastructure and to bring about a resolution in the shortest possible timeframe Excellent analytical and time management skills Good team working skills with a problem-solving attitude Be knowledgeable on and conversant with the Company’s portfolio of solutions and services, with particular emphasis on infrastructure, cloud video services and Microsoft integration. Solid IT Infrastructure Knowledge Maintain an up to date, daily record of all significant activities and communications with all clients and prospects through the CRM database.
