Overview

This leading provider of workplace pensions is looking to hire an Outsourced DC Contracts / Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the effective management and oversight or their third party DC Administration provider. The role holder will be the key liaison between the organisation and the service provider, attending regular meetings and 'on site' briefings to help ensure smooth and efficient delivery of service. You will also support the Director of Pension Administration on project based work such as the implementation of scheme benefit changes etc. To be considered for this role you will need a specific combination of skills and experience which will include in-depth DC Administration experience, contract management experience with a proven background in managing relationships with an outsourced service provider, and first class influencing and negotiation skills.
