Overview

Directly supporting the IT Operations Centre Lead, the Incident Coordinator will manage the Major Incident Lifecycle; communication, escalation, investigation and resolution. The Incident Coordinator will also play a key role in Problem Management establishing root causes to Major Incidents and aid the development of a Knowledge database.
