Overview
We are recruiting for a Mobilisation and Process Projects Manager to assist in the integration of several M&E Projects within a large scale national Facilities and Maintenance Management company. The role will be involved in the delivery of shared effective processes and operations within the business and the communication and implementation of such processes and changes throughout the business as a whole. We are looking for an excellent project management focused candidate which good business acumen and a sound understanding of processes. The role is an interim position circa 6 months months Pay is based on 40k plus (circa £21/hr) Monday to Friday Based from Leeds Some travel possible The candidate will be expected to project manage the amalgamation of several separate business steams within the core company and to ultimately create and deliver a mobilisation structure for new M&E projects. The will involve the assessment of the various components of the business and to generate the most effective structure and process and to then delver such changes. Ideally we are looking for a PRINCE 2 qualified PM or changes manager with sound business understanding who is not necessarily experienced in EngineeringFM/Maintenance (although would be an advantage). The candidate would need to have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to create and delver the process and mobilization of M&E services across a large scale operation. They must have Project Management experience, ideally with PRINCE 2 methodology. They must be of strong character to be able to convey and implement their plan and to ensure all parties are on board with training proceeded if necessary. Facilities professionals, M&E Managers, Moves and Changes Managers and Mobilization Managers are all welcome to apply.
