Early Years Educator – Holcroft Nursery Despite the challenges of the coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis we are still recruiting for staff in our nurseries. JOB DETAILS Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £21,174.48 - £21,881.64 Qualification: Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent Our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Holcroft Community Nursery is a 32 place setting which caters for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The nursery is based in Fitzrovia the team have an incredibly strong relationships with children and their parents. We are looking for a fun, inspiring and hard-working person with a real passion for working in childcare to join our team. The ideal individual will encourage childrens learning through planning around their interests and building activities which can extend their learning. Person Specification: Full and relevant child care qualification at level 3 or above. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and how this is monitored in a nursery setting. Experience working in an early year’s setting Be able to encourage a supportive team atmosphere and have the ability to work together in a positive and compassionate way. To continually strive for best practice in yourself and inspiring others. To be dedicated in achieving the highest standard of education and care Have a passion for making a difference in their communities.
