NURSERY PRACTITIONER - Blue Butterfly Montessori How would you like to join an Ofsted " OUTSTANDING " nursery? Salary up to £24,000 per annum dependent on experience We are looking for high calibre Nursery Practitioner(s) in North West London to work with Babies, Toddlers & Pre-schoolers. Blue Butterfly Montessori is a modern established Nursery in the heart of affluent Pinner Village, North-West London (5 mins from Pinner Station- Metropolitan Line). Your Mission: As a Childcare Practitioner / Nursery Nurse you will be role modelling your knowledge and best practice to colleagues and delivering the best learning opportunities to our children. Creating and implementing positive parent partnerships by communicating effectively and giving regular updates ensuring every child’s progress is recorded. As part of our team you will ensure your nursery is always the best it can be in line with our Core Values. Implementing great health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery by adhering to the relevant policies and procedures. About you: You will hold a full and relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Previous experience working and caring for children under 5 Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding/child protection Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities Strong Communication skills- good command of spoken and written English.
