Overview

Cloud Platform Development Manager Cloudstream Global are currently working with a leading Utilities company, specifically assisting them on their IT transformation. They currently require a Cloud Platform Development Manager - Azure, to lead the end to end management of an Enterprise Cloud Platform. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of operational support and business change activities on the Cloud Platform, identify areas to optimize whilst ensuring sufficient flexibility to adapt to the changing business needs; Manage and agree the implementation of platform improvements and enhancements both technical and service focused to meet the changing needs of business stakeholders and the wider EIT community to ensure Cloud Platform provisioning and ongoing development is aligned with key business priorities, timescales, budget and risk. Develop a stakeholder engagement plan and lead engagement with stakeholders Act as a point of reference and authority, providing end to end expert knowledge on the Cloud Platform Skills: Understanding of the core business processes underpinning the company’s operation, the value they deliver and the control mechanisms by which they are managed. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the architectural, technical, contractual, financial and operational aspects of Cloud. Expert understanding of the Cloud marketplace (inc. Hybrid), with an interest and understanding of the trends and direction of the marketplace; ensuring maximum knowledge sharing across the company to facilitate business performance. Advanced Leadership qualified with extensive experience of leading a high performing team and advise business/IT communities and stakeholders with trusted advisor expertise on the Cloud Platform. Extensive Service Management experience, holding an appropriate ITIL qualification. Experience in managing Cloud Platform(s). AWS/Azure Cloud Practitioner qualification.
