Production Manager

Our client is a niche and exciting supplier that specialises in safety wear uniforms. We have an exciting position for a smart, driven and determined Production Manager to be a part of this interesting company. If you have experience working with specialist uniforms and have at least 6 years' experience in a similar role, within a specialist workwear company, this could be a great opportunity to develop your career. The Role: Manage the critical path with suppliers/factories, ensuring that deadline dates are met. Including sample tracking, material testing and quality control Chasing material testing with the compliance manager at the sampling and production stages Placing all POS with the factories and chasing production Maintain and develop relationships with factories and suppliers Responsible for all final seals, ensuring they are sent to the warehouse Managing and maintaining the pattern library The Ideal Candidate: At least 6 years' in a similar specialist uniform brand/supplier Experienced liaising with suppliers and factories in Europe Meticulous and diligent, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate Logical, practical and organised What you will get in return: The opportunity to be a part of/develop within an exciting and fast-growing global business
