CLASS 2 DRIVER - SHUNTING - FULL TIME CROYDON - IMMEDIATE START Complex Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with our client an industry leader in Transportation & Logistics . Due to their continued growth they are looking for CLASS 2 DRIVERS for their Croydon depot to start immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive industry leading company with excellent career progression opportunities CLASS 2 DRIVER £13.00 - £15.00 PER HOUR FULL TIME POSITION SHUNTING SHIFTS 10AM - 10PM 4 ON 4 OFF (7 days a week operation) 12 HOUR SHIFTS MON - FRI £13.00 Per hour for hours between 10AM - 6PM MON - FRI £14.00 Per hour for hours after 6PM SAT - SUN £15.00 Per hour for hours between 10AM - 6PM SAT - SUN £15.00 Per hour for hours after 6PM THE ROLE CLASS 2 DRIVER SHUNTING BETWEEN CROYDON DEPOT AND STORE CHECKING AND COMPLETING PAPERWORK ENSURING LOAD IS SAFE AND SECURE VEHICLE CHECKS NO HAND BALLING OR LOADING / UNLOADING SKILLS REQUIRED ABILITY TO DEAL FACE TO FACE WITH CLIENTS AND HANDLE ANY INITIAL QUERIES IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER ABLE TO WORK IN A BUSY, FAST PACED DELIVERY TIME CRITICAL ENVIRONMENT ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH GOOD TEAM PLAYER SKILLS UPHOLDING COMPANY REPUTATION AND BEING AN AMBASSADOR OF THE COMPANY BRAND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ABILITY TO LIAISE WITH CENTRAL OFFICE WHERE REQUIRED BE RELIABLE AND FLEXIBLE WITH A CAN DO ATTITUDE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING: Maximum of 6 minor points Minimum 1-year UK driving experience Have previous commercial class 2 shunting experience Must have driven at least 180 days in the last 2 years Have a UK driver's licence Have valid cpc and digital tacho card Pass working time and highway code tests Follow all UK and working time directive laws Good understanding of English, written and verbal Pass a manual and written assessment TO SECURE AN INTERVIEW FOR THIS POSITION OF CLASS 2 DRIVER PLEASE CONTACT OUR RECRUITMENT TEAM TODAY ON: 0203 923 7888 OR SEND YOUR CV TODAY TO: operationscomplexrecruitment This is an immediate start, our consultants are able to meet you at a convenient location for registration if this is required Complex Recruitment is a specialist driving agency that has a wide variety of exciting driving roles across multiple sectors in and around the M25.
