LGV Class 1 Tanker Drivers

LGV1, HGV1, CE, LGV 1, HGV 1 CLASS 1 TANKER DRIVERS REQUIRED Staffline are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Tanker drivers for our client based in Leeds for the collection of milk and dairy produce from farms and dairies. Pay rates for the role HGV 1 driver are as follows: Monday to Friday Days – £11.00 to £12.01 per hour Monday to Friday Nights - £12.00 to £14.14 per hour Saturdays - £14.00 to £15.00 per hour Sundays - £15.00 to £16.00 per hour LTD driver rates available on request. Drivers will be required to operate the machinery once at the farms in order to safely collect the milk and transfer to the tanker. Full training will be given. This is not your ordinary Class 1 delivery work. Drivers must be willing to drive down narrow farm lanes and will be required to adhere to specific site rules. You will be dealing direct with farmers so this position will require good interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail. You will be required to fill out associated paperwork. Your time at work Hours of work for days will start at approx. 06:00 and Night 18:00 although flexibility on start times will be required. Shift patterns will be working 4 on 4 off for 3 weeks and then 5 on 3 off for 4 weeks on a rotating 7 week pattern therefore drivers will be required to work on a weekend. Ad hoc and part time work will also be available.
