Production operative

gap personnel is currently recruiting for our busy client that is one of the biggest industry employer in Suffolk constituency. They are currently investing heavily in the business and now require an additional production operatives. Key responsibilities include: • Carry out tasks within area of responsibility to meet daily output requirements. • Comply with Safety and Quality system and procedures in their area. • Assembling, packaging and labelling. • Check products on the production line for quality. • Maintain a clean production environment. • Maintain equipment and work area in careful and orderly manner. • Follow and adhere to work instructions and procedures. • Highlight any product, package or machine deficiencies to Team Leader or Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have: Effective communication skills. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Teamwork and positive interpersonal skills. An eye for details, quality focused and results orientated. Pay rates is from £8.79/h on 2/2/3 shift pattern with 6.40am to 6.40pm working hours. This is a temp to perm role with an opportunity to turns into a permanent position for the right candidate. Closing date for Applicants is 31st March 2020.
