MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - 12 month Fixed Contract HUDDERSFIELD SITE BASED £28,000 - £30,000 One of my superb and renowned technically advanced engineering clients has a great opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on site in Huddersfield. Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment, as well as responding to emergency machine break downs throughout this site You will have involvement and influence with new design, installation and movements of existing machines. Managing the overhaul and repair of all site machinery and equipment, ensuring machines and equipment on site are safe, working efficiently and fit for purpose. Ensure all machines are safe and fit for purpose. Installation of new machines and equipment. Actively promote safe working practices. Work with and co-ordinate contractors including reviewing risk assessments. Issuing work permits in line with company policies. Undertaking repairs and servicing to the highest standard in accordance with work requests and specifications. Fault finding, testing, and the removal or adjustment of existing fittings, fixtures and parts. Responsible for the general overhaul, upkeep and repair of all site machines. A great salary offered in the region of £28,000 - £30,000 with onsite parking, great holiday allowance, pension and other additional benefits – a super company to consider that look after the welfare of employees for longevity.
