If yes, then we have your dream role for you with one of our top clients As a SQL developer, you will be part of amazing team reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. Based in Croydon, Surrey. The client is an established, growing FinTech company with an exciting, growing, client base. They are looking for a person experienced in System Administration and SQL Server. An excellent knowledge of SQL and SQL scripting is essential, and you will be asked to take a SQL test as part of the interview process. In addition, you need to have support experience covering MS Windows and MS Office as well as all-rounds skills across application, networks, databases and PC support. Required skills: • Good understanding of SQL, running SQL queries, suggesting new queries • Development, implement and optimise stored procedure and functions using T-SQL • Analyse existing SQL queries for performance improvements • Application Support experience • Understanding of networks, VPN connections • Microsoft server and desktop application support • Strong fault diagnosis and communication skills • Review and Interpret ongoing business report requirements • Develop procedures and scripts for data migration • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team Player Experience: • 5 years of experience as a SQL Developer • Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming • Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server • Good knowledge of HTML and JavaScript Exposure or knowledge: • Transparent Data Encryption (TDE). • SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services.
