About the job area: We have an interesting opportunity for an People MI Analyst for a Six month FTC. working in our People team at our innovative Bupa Place office in Salford Quays, you will work as in partnership with our senior stakeholders creating people management information (MI) reports for all areas of the business, from sales, marketing and operations. You will deliver exceptional service to ensure that the reports meet our stakeholders needs to ensure that business objectives continue to be met. Do you want to be part of our long-term plans? What you'll be doing Working as a People MI Analyst you will be working closely with our internal stakeholders and other teams across our business. You will be responsible for creating a range of people MI reports, ad hoc reports and will work on different projects. What's a typical day? Produce a range of scheduled daily, weekly and monthly and ad hoc people MI reports Regular communication with stakeholders to fully assess their report requirements work to deadlines and deliver exceptional service. Regularly liaise with Business Analysts, MI Developers and Data Architects and Specialists who develop reporting systems Manage MI related administrative tasks Quality control reports produced regarding spelling, grammar, validity of data, and layout Ensure that MI requirements are implemented within agreed timescales Who we're looking for? Expert analytical and math skills to understand, calculate, evaluate data used for reports and quality control produced reports Ability to draw qualitative conclusions based on quantitative data and trend analysis Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Access Advanced data visualisation expertise in either Tableau, PowerBI or QlikView Strong inter-personal skills, team player and quick learner Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time with good organisation and prioritisation skills What's it like to work here?
