Now revolutionary within the industry, they cover more than 70 countries, worldwide, working with over 1000 of the world's largest and most recognisable brands, such as McDonald's, P&G and Uber The Role They are looking for an experienced professional in technical consulting, someone who is just as comfortable with technical capacity (previous web development/software engineering experience), as they are with consulting and working with clients on optimisation, deployment, and training of the solution, tailored to the client's requirements. This is an opportunity to play an integral role in working with customers and new business prospects closely on a technical level. This is a small, strategic team of 4 focusing on enterprise technical escalations across the EMEA region. You will be tasked on providing solutions using creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise. To identify key areas for integration of existing customers platform, through qualifying of custom solutions, allowing full functionality of platform. Consult with the client's external teams as well as consulting with internal teams in Professional Services and Product. Research, design and implement a complex MarTech solution. Provide ideas and recommendations, following industry trends, in order to assist product and processes. Create content and develop customer facing and training materials. Perform onboarding and training courses alongside Solution Architects and other cross-functional teams. Lead integration projects by leveraging standardized connectors to Enterprise Software solutions in complex customer environments. Provided guidance to customers who are implementing solutions using the API. The Candidate The successful Technical Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience: 5 years in a Technical Consultant capacity (Implementation, Solution Architect). Ideally coming from a junior web developer/software engineering background, with strong knowledge in either: Python, Ruby, Java, PHP or Javascript. Strong understanding of API's. Potentially coming from a consultancy/agency background focusing on large software migrations and implementations with enterprise brands - eCommerce or Marketing clouds. Bachelor's degree required (ideally within computer science or a relevant field). Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own. Attention to detail. Comfortable with web technologies such as HTML, SQL, CSS or jQuery. Preferred background in SaaS, ideally within the MarTech/eCommerce/CRM space.
