The Roles Primary Responsibilities: Technical Assurance of Applications and significant Projects. Preparation, installation and configuration for testing. Creation and implementation of testing strategies Working with the Customer (DVSA) and 3rd Parties to resolve issues Engagement with Technical Architects to find/ identify route causes Pro-active approach towards problem/incident resolutions in Pilot and Live. Confidence in working with internal teams and cross capability teams alongside Account and Customer engagement. Requirement to fulfill Ad Hoc tasks i.e. bespoke Software deliverables to User devices as part of Proof of Concept activities. Impacting of forthcoming technical Assurance work. Analysis on delivery approach for all releases to reduce / mitigate risk. Essential Skills: Office 365 Microsoft Windows: 10 / to assist with build and support of MacOS: to assist with build and support of iOS: Airwatch, Intune MacOS: JamF Software Delivery tools: SCCM / Intune PowerShell Azure Desirable Skills: Microsoft Windows Server – Server 2008 R2 through Server 2019 (Cloud and OnPrem) Operations – VMWare, HyperV, Anti-Virus - McAfee EPO, Windows Defender Print Services – PrintLogic, PaperCut Bash Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / ADFS /GPO’s Azure Active Directory General Networking understanding Knowledge of Exchange 2016 Preferably certified in Windows 10 and Office 365, though mandatory training can be provided) Informative and clear troubleshooting skills If this is something you are interested in please get in touch This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89909993
