Award winning Bluebird Care homecare business is currently sourcing a motivated and quality driven individual, as our Care Manager you will help grow a successful care service. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking and commercially minded person seeking a new and exciting leadership role within the domiciliary care sector. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis you will be based in West Essex serving the communities of Epping, Loughton, Harlow, Waltham Abbey and Ongar. In return as our Care Manager we will offer you a competitive salary and fantastic benefits including: - Competitive salary of £24,000 - £29,000 (dependent on experience) & incentive scheme to reward success - An excellent career opportunity with ongoing training, support, professional and personal development - Pension - 28 days holiday - Paid mileage allowance - Company Vehicle Responsibilities as our Care Manager: - Ensure that CQC and Company rules and regulations are maintained - Manage the appraisal, development and supervision of all care staff - Ensure that the office runs an effective and efficient service - Establish new care packages in line with a growing business - Ensure smooth operations in respect of recruitment and training - This position will offer the right candidate the opportunity to deliver continued growth of a client-focused care business of the highest quality - You will play a significant and valued role working alongside the Managing Director to further grow and develop the business What we’re looking for in our Care Manager: - Experience within a CQC regulated setting is essential along with strong leadership and relationship building skills - Dedicated and confident individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Have a recognised qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred - We will consider candidates who have achieved NVQ3 and are studying towards a CQC recognised qualification - Must meet CQC Registered Manager requirements - Dedicated to achieving the highest quality care standards along with the promotion of client choice and independence - Happy and able to work on their own and as part of the Management Team So, if you want to be part of our family, why not apply today to join us as our Care Manager .
