POSITION: Junior ERP Consultant SALARY: Competitive Salary 32-35K BENEFITS: Company Pension, 15 Holidays per year excluding National Holidays (Office closed during Christmas providing employees with an additional 5 days) Comprehensive Training program and Certification. Acumatica boasts over 6500 customers globally with an additional 1,300 new customers in 2019 alone. The company is looking for an excellent individual to join the young thriving business as a Junior ERP Consultant. The successful candidate will be an affable person who commutates well and likes to work in a cooperative manner. Your mindset is one where you want to help people, solve the problem and make things work well. You tend to avoid autocratic management and prefer openness and freedom to act on initiative and think creatively. JOB ROLE (not limited to): You will play a central role in the journey customers take with their ERP system. From initial discussions, through the whole implementation lifecycle you will work closely with the customer and the project team to deliver complex ERP solutions. This work is both challenging and highly rewarding, and will constantly engage you with different business types and requirements, always learning new things. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: This role is ideally suited to a person who has worked in a financial role for the past 3-5 years, and highly motivated to begin a career as an ERP consultant. Key Personal Traits: A self-driven and ambitious individual that can demonstrate the ability to perform tasks with quality and in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Acts with integrity and has a track record of excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Strong communication skills, careful listener, able to articulate wide ranges of business concepts in both written and verbal form. Acts professionally at all times. Desired Qualifications and Experience: University Degree - Finance or related field. 3-5 Years of practical office work in a financial role (e.g. Financial controller, Management Accountant, Systems Accountant). Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience using Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. Basic understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) and relational databases. Familiarity with Accounting (Xero, Quickbooks, Sage 50) or ERP software - Sage 200, Sage X3, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite, etc. Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK.
