Trade Counter Sales Supervisor Salary: £23,000 plus bonus, market-leading pension, 25 days holiday and Bank Holidays Location: Blackburn We are currently supporting a UK market leader in Electrical Wholesale Distribution and a renowned name in the industry, based in Blackburn. The business itself is going from strength to strength due to their customer centric approach and competitive pricing. They are now looking for a self-motivated and multi-skilled Trade Counter Sales Supervisor to join the business and support the team across the Trade Counter, warehouse and other client-related duties as required. Key Responsibilities of the Trade Counter Sales Supervisor include: · Greeting customers into the branch and at the trade counter Dealing with face to face, telephone and email enquiries Providing sales and technical support on products for customers Providing verbal or email quotes for customers Providing customers with information such as stock availability, pricing and lead times Obtaining stock for customer orders Daily warehouse duties Processing relevant paperwork Stock management with a high degree of accuracy Building and maintaining good working relationships with your team and customers Working with the Branch Manager in regards to opening new trade accounts Some delivery duties when the allocated Driver is unavailable. What they’re looking for: Experience within Electrical Wholesale or similar Trade counter knowledge and experience including some sales background. Organised and structured approach to work and tasks. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and on own initiative. Proficient IT skills (MS Office).
