With a minimum of 1-hour home visits and a private client base, they provide excellent care to older people within their own homes. Imagine having Dementia but still being able to go to your dancing class on a Saturday, still being able to pick up your pension, still going into town on a Wednesday for cream tea This organisation makes these things happen every day As their Care Supervisor, you will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do You will work in partnership with the team to provide support, mentorship and supervision to clients and carers. You will oversee and supervise the daily activities of the carers to ensure only the highest quality of care is provided. You will also participate in the on-call rota and cover client visits where required. What are the benefits? Full-time, 5 days per week (will include some weekend work on rota basis) What skills & experience is required to be a Care Supervisor? You will have previous experience in this sector and hold at least a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Being a car driver is also essential.
