If you’re a kind, warm and compassionate person and like to have a positive impact on peoples’ lives, then working as a Care Assistant for Four Seasons Health Care will be the right role for you. You’ll find Woodview Care Home situated in the quiet town of Branston. We run a busy activities programme so that our residents can get the most out of every day, including arts & crafts, visits from singers, and day trips out. Our home is a short drive from Lincoln city, which makes for a great day out for residents and their loved ones to spend quality time together. With 60 beds our Care team offer residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for those who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break. Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Seasons Dementia Care Framework. You will be delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, your daily tasks will include supporting them with washing, dressing, eating and maintaining their hygiene, as well as ensuring they feel part of life in the home. This will see you providing care, warmth and kindness to help make a difference. You also will develop relationships with our residents’ relatives which will support you in understanding their needs more and developing that personal care. The Four Seasons Care Academy offers opportunities via digital learning and practical skills training and a range of career progression routes via our ‘Careership’ programme. Our Care Assistants must be 18 years of age or over, Apprenticeship opportunities are available for 16-18 year old.
